The O’Neill Youth Reactor II 2mm Back Zip S/S Spring is a flexible and comfortable short wetsuit for kids, perfect for summer water activities. The wetsuit is made from 2 mm UltraFlex neoprene, offering great freedom of movement, comfort and a close fit – ideal for everything from surfing, SUP and beach play to use in the swimming pool.
The Reactor II series from O’Neill is known for delivering excellent value for money. This kids’ wetsuit features short sleeves, short legs and a back zip, making it easy to put on and take off. It is especially suitable for children who need a practical and comfortable wetsuit for warm days on the water.
The wetsuit is constructed with Flatlock seams, providing good durability and comfort. At the same time, the ergonomic Strategic Seamless Paddle Zones reduce irritating seams around the arms, giving the child better flexibility and less risk of irritation during activity.
The chest features a wind-resistant panel that helps keep the body warmer when the child is out of the water or exposed to wind. After use in salt water or chlorinated water, we always recommend rinsing the wetsuit in clean fresh water to extend its lifespan.
Technologies
UltraFlex neoprene: UltraFlex neoprene is O’Neill’s flexible neoprene material, providing a comfortable fit and excellent freedom of movement. This makes the wetsuit comfortable to wear for longer periods.
Flatlock seams: Flatlock seams are a durable type of stitching where the neoprene panels overlap and are sewn together. This construction provides good comfort and durability and is often used in summer wetsuits.
Strategic Seamless Paddle Zones: Strategic Seamless Paddle Zones mean that the wetsuit is designed with fewer irritating seams around the arms and shoulders. This increases flexibility and reduces the risk of irritation when the child moves in the water.
