Naish Pivot S26
The Naish Pivot is one of the most versatile kites on the market. The kite became particularly well known when Kevin Langere won KOTA in both 2018 and 2019. This year Stig Hoefnagel secured 3rd place at KOTA on this particular kite. Naish has developed a kite where you can both jump high, sail waves or just cruise around. The Naish Pivot is the kite that gives you so much control that you only need one kite to master all the surfing disciplines.
The Pivot can be used by everyone from beginner to professional precisely because of the direct control that the kit gives you, even when the conditions are not perfect. The design of the kite itself means that it has a large wind window with good depower options and slightly softer flight characteristics that give you control. It has 3 struts which ensure that it stands stable in the sky when there is a storm, while at the same time the weight is low enough to be able to fly on calm days. Pivot is a classic bestseller that can be sailed by everyone with great pleasure and that is exactly why it is super popular.
In the S26 series, both 12m2 and 14m2 have been 'redesigned', which has given them a better 'overall' performance. The construction itself, the reinforcements and the canvas have also been updated so that it is now even lighter (17%) and more direct in control without compromising strength and flight characteristics.
