There is nothing more annoying than when someone repeats what you just said. This superior way of driving people mad has made a sport of one species of animal in particular - the parrot. This hipster parrot is therefore a shout-out to all the slightly too smart punks who have their beaks full of other people's words.
The motif was drawn and painted in the Azores and finished edited on the computer in Denmark. The original parrot was more pirate than smart, so I painted a new outfit for it to match its slightly too smart personality.
