Designer Lasse Kornum tells:

This swift heron is the drawing of Santa Maria sitting at a plastic table with a pencil in one hand, an espresso in the other and with a divinely beautiful view of a rough sea. Despite the creatively stimulating setting, the placement at the plastic table was an ergonomic disaster, which subsequently resulted in a strain on the neck. However, I would never do it again if given the chance.
