The Riot Curv 14 Select is by far the lightest and most durable hardshell trapeze on the market, featuring ION's revolutionary thermo-composite CURV material. Thanks to advanced additions like C_Bar 3.0 (Hook / Webbing Slider), Double D Buckles and Kite_Knife Multitool 2.0, the Select level stands out from the crowd. With a flex index of 14, all loads are perfectly distributed through its rigid 3D preformed middle part. Along with the lower cut contour, this medium stiff to stiff trapeze offers great freedom of movement, further enhanced by the flexible side panels. In addition, a silicone print on the inside prevents the harness from riding up, while water-resistant Hyper_foam contributes to exceptional performance for extra long sessions.

    Right of withdrawal

    You can return goods that you have bought from us in our return portal which you can find here: https://frozenpalmtree.eu/pages/return

    You have a 30-day right of cancellation when shopping at Frozen Palm Tree . The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item.

    The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods are returned in essentially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore expires if you use the item in a way that obviously significantly reduces the item's sales value. Please note that no right of return is offered on used equipment.

    If you have sent in an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the processing of your regret/complaint.

    Once we have received your package, you will get the money refunded within 10 working days. The shipping costs for using our return label are DKK 0 before clothing and DKK 49 for all other products from Danish addresses. We deduct the amount from the money you get refunded.

    The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or to your bank account when we have received the item back and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation.

    Complaint

    When you shop at Frozen Palm Tree You of course have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

    You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
