Elite Kitesurfing Group Course


Our most popular kitesurfing course is tailored for you who want to learn to kitesurf from scratch, with a focus on safety, freedom and personal development.

The Elite course is for you who are interested in learning to kitesurf and would like to get to know all aspects of the sport. Here we focus on safety and how the safety functions work, as well as the practical manoeuvres.

The goal of the kite course is that you should subsequently be able to choose a "spot" yourself and surf on your own. The course is mostly divided into three days, with a theory module of 2 hours and two practical modules of 3 hours. Three days filled with theory and practice, and guaranteed an experience you will remember for a long time. The elite course creates a good basis for becoming an independent kitesurfer, however, it is very individual how long it takes for the individual to get on the board and surf. Someone can surf after 2 lessons and others need + 5 lessons. But be aware that kitesurfing can be extremely addictive.

The Elite course is mostly spread over a Saturday and Sunday, starting on Saturday. In high season, it will also be possible to take the Elite course on weekdays. It is also possible to divide the course into three non-consecutive days.

We started the Elite course with the aim of giving the coaches more time to put theory and practice together. The turbo course is more intensive with a lot of information and speed. By choosing the Elite course, you get more time to familiarize yourself with things and rehearse with an experienced instructor by your side. In this way, you get a better understanding of the sport and the forces you have to deal with. It creates security for you when you have to go out on your own.

What can I expect from the Elite course:

Right of withdrawal

You can return goods that you have bought from us in our return portal which you can find here: https://frozenpalmtree.eu/pages/return

You have a 30-day right of cancellation when shopping at Frozen Palm Tree . The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods are returned in essentially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore expires if you use the item in a way that obviously significantly reduces the item's sales value. Please note that no right of return is offered on used equipment.

If you have sent in an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the processing of your regret/complaint.

Once we have received your package, you will get the money refunded within 10 working days. The shipping costs for using our return label are DKK 0 before clothing and DKK 49 for all other products from Danish addresses. We deduct the amount from the money you get refunded.

The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or to your bank account when we have received the item back and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation.

Complaint

When you shop at Frozen Palm Tree You of course have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
