SUP Intro Course
Get an introduction to SUP. In the last few years, interest in Stand Up Paddleboarding has increased, and with good reason! SUP is a water sport where everyone can participate, but can also be physically challenging and especially strengthens the muscles that help to stabilize the body. So if you want to try "core" training in a different way, SUP is a good bet!
Then join our intro course of 1.5 hours and find out if it's something for you. All equipment is included, our instructors will go over safety and equipment so you feel comfortable before we head out on the water.
We teach primarily at Amager Strandpark, where the water is flat and everyone can participate.
What to pay attention to:
It is an advantage if you feel safe in water, as most people end up falling in the water at one point or another. We teach on flat water, where everyone can join, but you will definitely still be challenged on balance.
