In connection with the purchase of services from us, we may collect the following information about you: Name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, payment information, CPR number, passport number and clothing sizes.

We only collect the above personal data in order to be able to set up the desired service for you. You also have the option to sign up for our newsletter on our website. For this purpose, you must inform us of your name, e-mail address and interest. We only use this information in connection with sending newsletters, and only if you have given us your consent to receive such newsletters. You can withdraw your consent at any time, after which we will no longer send newsletters. You can do this by contacting us via the contact information in section 1 or by following the unsubscribe link in the relevant newsletter.

3. Who has access to your personal data

In some cases, we need to share your personal data with others. We thus use business partners who receive information. In addition, we use data processors in connection with IT systems, order and invoicing systems, financial systems/audits and the like.

4. How long we store your personal data

We only keep your personal data as long as it is relevant to us and we have a legitimate purpose for keeping it. Your personal data is thus deleted continuously in accordance with the personal data legislation.

For documentation reasons, we store information that you have given us in connection with receiving newsletters for up to 2 years after we have last sent you a newsletter.

We are also obliged to store certain invoice information for 5 years in accordance with accounting legislation.

5. Your rights

According to the data protection regulation, you have a number of rights in connection with our processing of your personal data.

  • Right to see information (right of access)

With few statutory exceptions, you have the right to gain insight into the information that we process about you, as well as a number of additional information, such as the purposes of the processing, the categories of information, the recipients of information, how long it is stored, etc.

  • Right to rectification (rectification)

You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

  • Right to erasure

In certain cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general general deletion occurs. This may, for example, be the case if it is no longer necessary for us to have the information for the purposes for which it was collected, or you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis for storing it.

  • Right to restriction of processing

In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information - apart from storage - with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.

  • Right to transmit information (data portability)

In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format for personal use. The right also includes an option to have your personal data transferred to another data controller, if this is technically possible.

  • Right to object

In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.

You can also object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, in which case we will stop using your data for this purpose.

Read more about the individual rights on the Danish Data Protection Authority's website www.datatilsynet.dk.

If you wish to make use of the above rights, you must contact us via the contact details under section 1.

We will process a rights request as quickly as possible and within the statutory time frame, i.e. as a starting point no later than one month after we have received the request.
