The previous view of the moose's diet has been that it consisted mainly of plants, twigs and bark. A diet that can make even the most hardcore vegan dream of French cuisine. Therefore, it was also only a mild surprise when biologists discovered that the biggest connoisseurs among the Nordic moose had thrown their love at the most excellent of Scandinavian confections, namely the licorice pipe. #vivalaevolution
