Description
The North Atmos Ultra 2026 Kiteboard is the lightest and most comfortable board in the Atmos series—developed for kiters who seek a playful and effortless freeride experience. Weighing only 1.8 kg (138x41), the board feels ultra-light under your feet, making it perfect for long, relaxed sessions and smooth carving in chop.
The board has a core of AirLite dual-density foam, reinforced with a 3DY Paulownia wood load frame, which effectively disperses forces and provides comfortable dampening in choppy conditions. The new 5-layer Ultra Carbon construction combines five different types of carbon fiber to achieve the perfect balance between stiffness and flex. The result is a board that is super easy to control and feels playful and fluid on the water.
The double concave bottom with deep V-spine cuts efficiently through the water, while rail and tip channels provide additional stability and tracking, especially for upwind performance. With a medium rocker and a medium-high outline, Atmos Ultra delivers a mix of predictability, comfort, and lightness—perfect for freeride kiters who prioritize flow and feeling over hard landings.
Every Atmos Ultra comes with a specially designed North Atmos Ultra Day Bag, made from recycled materials and equipped with smart padding and pockets to protect your gear, even when you're on the move.
The Atmos Ultra 2026 is not built for extreme jumps or heavy landings, but is ideal for those who want a featherlight kiteboard that offers a comfortable, playful, and controlled freeride experience. Also suitable for riders with sensitive knees or those who are recovering from an injury.
