The story
After living on the same rock all his life, a longing had begun to register in this penguin. Because there had to be more to life than just eating anchovies and making guano! He therefore wanted to seek his fortune on the oceans. However, there was the problem that he did not possess any skills that made him attractive to have on board a ship. His greatest talent, among his fellows, was making a deafeningly loud call, which otherwise only a rutting donkey would be able to perform. However, it was not immediately something that had value on a ship. But by an inexplicable stroke of luck, fate would have it that a three-masted schooner was missing a fog horn - and thus the African penguin managed to become part of the crew, put to sea and have a life full of stories from the seven oceans. Legend has it that on foggy nights, near the Cape of Good Hope, you can still hear his donkey's call echoing over the waves.
