Our designs in the CC Swim collection are primarily created from recycled nylon, for example old fishing nets that have been rescued from the sea, but also other post-consumer plastic waste. By using recycled materials, we protect the planet in 4 areas: It helps to fight the pollution of our sea by reducing the amount of plastic and thus also contributes to preserving our beautiful animal and plant life under the waves. By using recycled materials, we also reduce the need to use materials created from new resources. This means that we save on the planet's precious resources such as water and energy. This lowers our general CO2 footprint in production.
In our products and product development, we always seek to use as much recycled material as possible to have the greatest possible impact, which is why there is a minimum of 78% recycled nylon in all our products. In order for the recycled material to feel delicious and soft on the skin, we mix it with approx. 22% elastane. Together, the most delicious products are created, which are both good for the environment and at the same time feel fantastic on the skin.
We recommend that you wash your swimwear by hand in fresh cold water after each use. This makes your style last longer. It is also more environmentally friendly.
Soak your styler in a bowl or in the sink for at least 20 minutes. Then add a small amount of mild detergent. Gently work the soapy water through the entire style. Then rinse the soap off with cold water until all the soap is washed out. Then lay your style out to dry in the shade on a flat surface. Never wash it in the machine, do not send it to the cleaners, and we also advise against drying or ironing your swimwear.
