Based on classic British military design, our Elite Trousers are designed for hard use in harsh conditions. Made from a flexible polycotton that promotes mobility, they have reinforced fabric in the crotch to provide extra protection. Equipped with eight deep storage pockets, the Elite Trousers are robust and versatile trousers for any environment.

VERSATILE – These pants have eight deep pockets, adjustable drawcords for the pockets and attachment points for cords for storage.

STAY MOBILE – Their flexible polycotton fabric has a relaxed fit to ensure full freedom of movement, with adjustable drawstrings at the waist and ankles to provide a comfortable fit.

Right of withdrawal

You can return goods that you have bought from us in our return portal which you can find here: https://return.shipmondo.com/frozenpalmtree

You have a 30-day right of cancellation when shopping at Frozen Palm Tree . The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods are returned in essentially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore expires if you use the item in a way that obviously significantly reduces the item's sales value. Please note that no right of return is offered on used equipment.

If you have sent in an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the processing of your regret/complaint.

Once we have received your package, you will get the money refunded within 10 working days. The shipping costs for using our return label are DKK 0 before clothing and DKK 49 for all other products from Danish addresses. We deduct the amount from the money you get refunded.

The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or to your bank account when we have received the item back and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation.

Complaint

When you shop at Frozen Palm Tree You of course have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

  • Once we have received the package, we will review the product and contact you.

Note: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging.
