The Flex Pro 2024 is designed to absorb and disperse load after gravity-defying boosts, with triple density dynamic support technology to protect your heels and guarantee softer landings. We've added structure and stability with a contoured anatomical footbed and ramp chassis for an improved fit and increased lateral support. Outer angled heel inserts ensure your foot rolls correctly, providing a stable landing and protecting your knees and ankles when you load up to release in the air. The GripFlex lightweight, rubberized EVA interior maintains grip under the foot when wet, while the fine grip pattern helps keep you locked in at different angles, preventing your foot from slipping out of the binding. We've refined the adjustable injection-Velcro top flap to provide a strong yet flexible hold. The strap has a soft foam and KnitFlex seamless lining with split-Velcro fasteners. These provide custom comfort and allow your foot to shuffle more easily into a locked position. For your ultimate fit, ensure there is enough room for your toes to stretch and flex, and ensure the strap doesn't slide or rub. The upper should feel secure, but not too tight, and the footbed should match the shape of your foot. The Flex LX is compatible with both our 2023-2024 FlipTech centerline and 2020-2022 offline TwinTip mounting systems. Industry-standard screw patterns ensure they can also be mounted on other boards.

Softer high-density shock pads protect the heel from board contact at big landings, and are dual-molded with a medium density layer for serious shock protection. Another softer insert pod provides strategically placed comfort under the ball of the foot.

Ramp toe bar
The ramp-shaped toe bar is constructed with an angled tactile edge to grip and prevent your foot from sliding out during high rotation tricks.
We've lowered the toe bar slightly on the Flex Pro to provide a better fit for all different foot types.

Adjustable top-loading strap
For quick setup and a perfect fit for all sizes. Strap adjusters allow comfortable foot positioning, a secure feel, and use of the toe bar.
The new softer toe bar is constructed to fit different foot shapes, allowing the rider to grip with the toes and prevent your foot from sliding out during high rotation tricks and landings.
Molded heel cup
The molded heel cup grips the heel and stabilizes the foot upon impact. We've constructed it wider on the new Flex, so you can lock your foot sideways in both directions.
The KnitFlex fabric is pretensioned and laminated to the conforming foam insert, so it can create a 3D curve without gathering or wrinkling, and there are no inner seams to rub on your foot. The soft foam allows your foot to shuffle more easily into a locked position.
Injection Velcro strap
Reduces sand and dirt storage. Extended top flaps increase hold and reduce water lift.

Longitudinal convex chassis shape
The convex drives more pressure on the tip and heel of the chassis when the binding is attached to the board, locking sand and dirt out from under the binding.
The split internal Velcro design ensures a custom fit on top of the feet for all shapes, sizes, and riding styles. Position the Velcro straps wider apart for a more solid feel, closer together for easy board-offs. Our fully reengineered top flap provides a strong hold without compromising strap flexibility.
FlipTech Mounting
For 2023 and 2024, all North TwinTip boards have our new FlipTech Mounting System, with centerline inserts. This means, if you wear out one side of your board, simply flip the bindings around, and you have a fresh new heelside rail again.
Flex bindings are compatible with both FlipTech boards and offline board mounting systems. The '2” indicator on Flex is for those boards that have flip tech, and is our recommended setup positioning for a 15/-15 degree duck stance.
Two size options
A good starting point would be Men's US 9 (EU42.5) and above for binding size L/XL, but we strongly recommend trying before buying to guarantee the best fit.
We've found it has more to do with the shape and angle of your upper foot than foot length when aiming for the most effective fit. Positioning and adjustment settings are printed on the binding to make setup simple and intuitive. With more labels printed on the binding than ever before, you'll never need to refer to the user manual again.
